Greetings! This Letter of Support Request Questionnaire must be submitted at least two weeks before the application deadline.
All mandatory questions and supporting documents must be completed and provided as required. A committee of your peers, not applying for the same funds, will evaluate your responses in place of a presentation. However, should any questions arise during the review, a brief call may be requested for clarification.
Please keep in mind that the review committee evaluates your responses as a collaborative and no one person’s opinions are weighed over the other. The CoC/CEAS aims to maintain transparency in this process and ask that you respect all reviewers as they are volunteering to participate in this procedure with the hopes that this process be kept fair and transparent, bringing the necessary services to Essex County’s homeless and at-risk populations.
