The Newark/Essex County Continuum of Care is accepting applications for agencies seeking new and renewal Continuum of Care funding for the FY2025 cycle. Through the FY2025 HUD CoC Competition, the Essex CoC is eligible to apply for a total of $14,648,692 for new and renewal projects that work towards the goal of ending homelessness. The amount specified for Domestic Violence bonus projects is $2,024,109. Specifications for eligible project submission, the score card and overall monitoring and evaluation policies and procedures of the CoC can be found here:
