2026 Project Homeless Connect Sign Up

We are approaching our annual Project Homeless Connect Day, and with the current uncertainties at the federal level, the need to support our community members is greater than ever. We anticipate a higher volume of consumers this year and want to ensure we are fully prepared to meet those needs.

Attached to this post is a Google Formfor agencies interested in attending or individuals volunteering with Community Action for the day. Please have completed by January 9^th and complete all questions accurately so we can plan effectively and ensure a smooth process for everyone involved.
